The hotel location was convenient. I found many restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful .

i adored the traditional decor that enhanced the hotel's charm, it felt so authentic. the staff were professional, and marwa at reception was helpful with my endless inquiries. her cheerful disposition and willingness to assist.
I noticed some areas in the bathroom require deeper cleaning. There was noticeable scum on the taps. also, marks and mold were present, it gave the impression of insufficient attention to detail. addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall experience.

I stayed in the suite after they upgraded my standard room. this happened when i arrived and i really appreciated it. marwa at the reception was kind. She organized a taxi for me and even printed my boarding pass. the kitchen made me a take away breakfast when i left early. the staff made a big difference.

the staff, especially marwa and youssef, were always friendly and helpful, and they also offered assistance with transportation. the hotel staff ensured i was always taken care of, and i felt welcomed throughout my time here.

the hotel is very well situated and close to many different restaurants. you can walk to the medina, but i mostly used taxis because crossing the roads feels scary. it is also a walking distance to gardens.

the reception staff were helpful and kind (i especially remember marwa and anas). the room featured a comfortable bed. the location allowed easy access to many restaurants and shops.
The breakfast lacked variety. It mainly consisted of sugary pastries and eggs.
